2 – 5 MAY 2024 EUROPE CUP ILCA CLASSES 4-6-7

Organized by the Centro Velico Punta Ala asd, its nautical and logistical base at the PuntAla Camp & Resort, with an official venue and Olympic village for athletes, coaches, jury and regatta committee, press, as well as companions, family members and regatta assistants. It is a regatta of federal interest, as it is an Olympic class and therefore the cradle of future champions. 

More than 450 racers from all over Europe are expected to compete in the gulf between Punta Ala and Follonica. Athlete accreditation will take place on 30 April and 1 May, with an opening ceremony at Scarlino's Medieval Castle and a parade of flags along the streets of the village. From 2 to 5 May, the waters in front of PuntAla will be the challenge field for the numerous racers. During the four-day event, many of the area's clubs, the Yachting Club Isole di Toscana, Lega Navale di Follonica, Club Nautico di Follonica, Yacht Club Punta Ala, and Club Velico Castiglione della Pescaia will also be present to provide assistance with their vehicles and volunteers.
