CALENDAR OF EVENTS 2024

As always, we have listed below the programme of sporting events organised by our sports associations (and others), which will take place at PuntAla Camp & Resort. 

The season opens with two events that will see us involved mainly as a logistical base, combining both sea and land:

EuroTour Sup - Sparviero Sup Challenge Memorial Sara D'Apolito 

26-27 April 2024 

With the support of the ASD Punta Ala Sup Experience, we are organising the international Stand Up Paddle (SUP) challenge as a repeat after the first edition last September 2023. In this 2nd round, we expect around 100 athletes who will compete in a very exciting and spectacular race starting from the beach in front of PuntAla for a long crossing to reach and circumnavigate the Sparviero islet and return to base.

Unpaved Roads Punta Ala 

27-28 April 2024 

Returning for the second time is the fun and exciting "Unpaved Roads" that already last year entertained over 300 cyclists from all over Italy and beyond.

2 - 5 May 2024 Europa CUP classes Ilca 4-6-7 

Organised by the Centro Velico Punta Ala asd, with nautical and logistical base at the PuntAla Camp & Resort, official venue and "Olympic" village for athletes, coaches, jury and race committee, press, as well as companions, family members and race assistants. A regatta of federal interest, as an Olympic Class and therefore the cradle of future champions.

7-14 June 2024 Finn World Master Championship

Organized by the Centro Velico Punta Ala asd, the Finn Master class returns after almost 15 years and has once again chosen our nautical base, logistics and the PuntAla Camp & Resort, official venue and village for athletes, jury and regatta committee, press, as well as companions, family members and regatta assistants.

September 7-14, 2024 A-Cat World Championship

Once again, the protagonists acting as the organizing committee are the Centro Velico Punta Ala asd, and the PuntAla Camp & Resort, the official venue and village for athletes. This includes the jury and regatta committee, press, as well as companions, family members, and regatta assistants, for the last sailing event of the season, the most spectacular and exciting one, the Class A World Championship.

Fiorino MUD 400 21 – 22 September 2024.

The sporting season calendar of events closes with the now-historic undertaking on the Gravel, namely the Fiorino Mud 400, now in its fourth edition!
