This is where you can purchase national and international food products for every diet, plus typical produce of the local culinary tradition, basic necessities and products for personal use. Inside the supermarket it is also possible to find items carefully selected with regard to their provenance, superior quality and organic label – from the bakery to the dairy products – all zero kilometre: including fresh milk and milk products from the Maremma (produced and milked by local consortia), mozzarellas from the Maremma Frisian cows, pecorino cheese, only seasonal fruit and vegetables from the fields of Pian d’Alma, fresh meat with the “Florentine” cut, durum wheat pasta from “Coltivatori Toscani”, biscuits, sweets, icecreams, etc.

At the gastronomy counters there are products of the local consortia, typical hams and salamis of Tuscan tradition (wild boar salami, Cinta Senese mortadella and knife-cut D.O.P. prosciutto), baby artichokes grown near the Costa degli Etruschi and bottled in extra-virgin olive oil from the olive oil crushing companies of Venturina. The DOC and DOCG wines come from the Colline Metallifere and the Tuscan Wine and extra-virgin Olive Oil Roads.
