Are you visiting our resort for a sport event or for spending a day on the beach to discover our destination?
Find out how to doExperience nature to the full. Everything else is untouched. This year, enjoy a holiday completely immersed in nature. Avoid queues at check-in or before renting an e-bike or SUP. Order your favourite snack or cool drink to enjoy under your parasol.
Some services and experiences before, during and after your holiday have been digitised. So you have more time to enjoy your holiday and experience the camp site.
A few days before your arrival we will send you an e-mail to complete your registration. You will need to complete the fields for all travellers and specify the number plate of the vehicle with which you will arrive.
On the first day we will carry out a brief health screening, if necessary, to formalise your arrival. This is a quick process, but you will need an appointment. You can book a slot directly via the web-app PuntAla Salt@lafila or once you arrive at the campsite.
The entrance and exit points for vehicles will open automatically by reading your number plate. In this way you can reach your accommodations more quickly.
If you have booked a Limo, Deck or Club mobile home you do not need a key. You can enter the home with the PuntAla app or our Pass Card. For all other accommodations you will find the carefully disinfected actual key in an envelope.
To open the campsite's pedestrian entrance and exit points, all you need is the PuntAla app or our Pass Card. You can download the app from all app stores.
Book a SUP excursion or rent an E-bike without queuing up. Order your favourite snack or a cool drink to enjoy under your beach umbrella. With the PuntAla app you can skip the hassle and enjoy your holiday. (available soon!)
For some sports and restaurant services you can choose to pay by direct debit from your account. Prior to your departure we will send you a link for paying your balance.
To limit contact with our staff, we do not use cash anywhere on the site. You can pay easily with a credit card or Satispay. There are numerous advantages to using the app, but if you are not yet convinced, discover our loyalty programme.
